Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Venture/Varsity!
Do you hold a position in a unit that requires you to plan or assist in activities for Scouts? Are you running out of ideas? Do you feel frustrated and frequently don’t know what to do next? Do you need help? Are you a parent who wants to who just wants to find out more about the Scouting’s Programs? Are you a veteran who has been involved for years and has a vast amount of experience or are you new to your position?
If any of the above fits your situation, then you should be in attendance at the monthly Roundtable meetings. Roundtables are a form of commissioner service and help provide the essential ingredients to a successful BSA program. During the RoundTable breakouts you can share your concerns and success stories which will help create a better program for the boys.
Even if you have been doing something for many years and have it all figured out, you should be in attendance to share your experiences with those who need the help. Together we can make the Los Amigos BSA programs interesting for the boys and fulfilling for the leaders.

The Roundtable staff goal is to provide monthly meetings with content that YOU CAN USE to improve YOUR unit’s program. Our break-out sessions will be focused on the skills you need to know, whether you are involved in the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, or Venture/Varsity programs. Finally, we commit to begin on time and end on time, out of respect to those of you who have given up your evening for Scouting.

PARKING: On street or in parking lot directly across from the Scout Park
UNIFORM: Yes, if you have one, otherwise business casual

7:00PM – 7:25PM: Social gathering
7:25PM – 7:30PM: Opening Flag Ceremony
7:30PM – 7:50PM: General announcements/administration and DE Minute
7:50PM – 8:25PM: Cub, Scout Venture/Varsity break-out sessions
8:25PM – 8:30PM: Closing
